The VACUMIX-HL series vacuum emulsifying mixers are mainly composed of water pot, oil pot, emulsifying pot, vacuum system, heating and cooling system, lifting system (optional), electric control system (PLC is optional), operation platform and stairs, etc.

Automatic vacuum emulsifying mixers adopts PLC control system where all the function parameters can be adjusted through intuitive touch screen HMI. Automatic pneumatic valves control for the pipes and fittings. The water/oil pot have automatic suction mechanism to the main pot. Also, automatic discharge of finished products from the main pot. Intelligent recipe system can save various parameters and functions during production for different products, and can be directly called for the next batch of production. Ensures ease of operation and an efficient production system.

The VACUMIX-FT series vacuum emulsifying mixers are mainly composed of water pot, oil pot, emulsifying pot, vacuum system, heating and cooling system, electric control system (PLC is optional), operation platform and stairs, etc. These models are fixed type and needs automatic CIP systems for cleaning but cost effective system for larger operations.

LMRBMX Food-Grade Industrial Ribbon Blenders/Mixers

 

The LMRBMX Food-Grade Industrial Ribbon Blenders/Mixers are a basic industrial mixing machine widely used in food, pharmaceutical, chemical, and many other industries. They basically consist of a trough-shaped shell, usually 2 to 3 times longer than its width, with a semicircular bottom and fitted with a horizontal longitudinal shaft. The shaft has mounted arms supporting a combination of ribbon blades, paddles, or helical screws set at a fairly close clearance to the semicircular mixer body, so that, no layer of material remains on the bottom of the ribbon mixer. The most effective design of ribbon layout is the double spiral type of ribbon blenders, in which, the outer ribbon moves the product in one direction and the inner ribbon moves it in the opposite direction which maximizes the mixing efficiency.

The ribbons rotate and move materials both radially and laterally to insure thorough blends in short cycle times. Ribbon agitators are generally loaded for blends between 40% to 70% of the rated capacity to ensure effective and efficient mixing action.

The two axes inside the mixing interior rotate in opposite directions and paddles attached to the axes forms fluidized area by diffusing mixed materials to different directions according to stable apex speed. After a while, the movement of materials is concentrated on the higher center part from the bottom of the mixer, and therefore, the effective volume of the mixing room increases. And, as the effective volume increases, the collision and rubbing between materials decrease.

The LMPLMX Food-Grade Industrial Plough Shear Mixers (also named plowshare mixer, plough mixer, or plow mixer) consist of a cylindrical drum containing plow-shaped mixing elements that are mounted on a horizontal shaft. It creates a mechanically fluidized bed mixing action. The mixing tools project and hurl material away from the wall into free space in a crisscross direction, and inversely push back to the wall back again. The plow separates and lifts the product into three-dimensional motion, while the number and arrangement of the tools ensure agitation back and forth along the length of the vessel. When required, the mixing action is assisted by high-speed chopper devices operated by independent high-speed motors with customized blades for adding shear to the product mix.
