The LMSTS-450 is a small and economic pneumatic drive based VFFS single-lane stickpack or sachet packing machine that forms, fills, and seals pouches and sachets in one automatic process. This is a quality-built and a very popular machine designed for North American market and assembled in Canada which also produces high and consistent quality stickpacks or sachets for single serving application in food, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and neutraceutical (food supplement) industries. We have a wide customer base of this machine in the USA and the EU. It differs from our obsolete LMSTS-300 series as it is controlled by pneumatic actuators rather than motorized cam-drive used in LMSTS-300 series. The benefit of this machine over LMSTS-300 is it can also work in semi-automatic mode and can make a single stickpack or sachet and wait indefinitely for an operator trigger to start packaging the next one which may be useful in manual filling and sample preparation. Fully automatic continuous packaging in production mode is the default mode. Some customized packaging application needs this type of semi-automatic packing mode to synchronize with the other process of the customers plant. LMSTS-450 Series Based of Filler Type

LMSTS-450P model of this machine is for non-free-flowing powders with auger filler. Example products: Spice powders, yeast powder, corn flour etc.

LMSTS-450G model is for grains, granular products, and free-flowing powder packing and comes with a Volumetric Cup Filler. Example products: Sugar, salt, granular spices, ground coffee etc.

LMSTS-450GW is for smaller and larger granular products with 4-head linear weigher. Easier to change product weight programmatically and also for larger product weight. Example products: Trail mixes, nuts, tablets, capsules, gummies, whole spices etc.

LMSTS-450L model of this machine is for thicker pasty product packing and comes with a Piston Pump Filler. Example products: Ketchup, soy sauce, honey, salsa, lotion, shampoo, cream etc.

LMSTS-450LP model of this machine is for thicker (more viscous) pasty product packing and comes with a Lobe Pump Filler. Example products: Ketchup, soy sauce, honey, salsa, lotion, shampoo, cream etc. It can increase packing speed with thicker liquids a lot compared to piston pump filler and also able to pack unusually thick/viscous pasty products like oils, jams and jellies or even cream cheese. It is also very easy to clean automatically or semi-automatically in a CIP environment.

LMSTS-450LMP model with Magnet Pump FIller is for high accuracy filling and packing of low viscosity watery liquids. Example products: water, juice and any other watery liquids.

LMSTS-450CT with a Vibratory Counting Filler for packing products like pills, tablets, capsules, nails, screws, nuts, bolts etc. This model can be customized with many counting fillers for packing assortment of specific numbers of chunky products.

The stickpacks can be of jagged edges or plain cut or can have smart-looking shaped cut with a tear-notch. This machine can also make chained bags of a predefined numbers. It can be ordered to make stickpacks or 4-side sealed sachets or even 3-side sealed sachets. Only one of the three types of packaging can be chosen while ordering the machine.
