The LMSAAUG Semi-Automatic Auger Fillers are an economic quantitative filling solution for dry powders and micro granules. It contains an auger screw which is operated by a servo motor. The motor is controlled by a servo drive and a programmable logic controller (PLC). A touchscreen-based Human Machine Interface (HMI) makes the operation process easy. The product is measured volumetrically by precisely controlling the rotation of the screw and thus controlling the filling volume. The product hopper has a powder level sensor and it helps the automatic operation of the connected screw elevator for filing more powder inside the hopper when the powder level inside the hopper goes beyond a predefined threshold level.
