The LENIS LMPLV Series is designed for cold crushing of challenging powders such as L-Cysteine and other hard-to-pulverize materials. Equipped with a cyclone separator and dust collector, this system ensures a clean and efficient operation.

This machine mainly utilizes the relative motion between the movable cutter and the fixed cutter to achieve size reduction. The raw materials are subjected to disc tooth impact, friction, and inter-material collisions, which effectively crush and pulverize them into fine powder.

The crushed material is automatically conveyed towards the discharge outlet through the cyclone separator, driven by a forced airflow. The centrifugal action of the separator efficiently separates the particles, directing the heavier ones to the outer walls, while the lighter particles remain suspended. Motorized discharge vanes ensure the clean and controlled release of powders, facilitating smooth and efficient material handling. Simultaneously, dust and fine particles are drawn into the dust collection system, where they are filtered through a cloth bag and safely collected in the dust collection box. This ensures a dust-free working environment while maximizing powder recovery. Designed in full compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards, the machine is constructed entirely from high-quality stainless steel (SS304 as standard, SS316 as an option), ensuring durability, hygienic operation, and corrosion resistance.

This machine functions as a hammer mill grinder for cold pulverizing of hard-to-grind pharmaceutical and nutraceutical powders. Its efficient design improves the utilization rate of raw materials, reduces waste, and guarantees consistent product quality, making it ideal for industries where precision, hygiene, and efficiency are critical.

When the crushing motor is in operation, it drives the spindle and hammers to rotate at high speed (up to 2900 r/min). Raw materials enter the crushing chamber through the feeding hopper, where they are subjected to intense impact, friction, and shearing forces generated by the high-speed rotating knives in combination with the fixed knives. This relative motion effectively breaks down, rubs, and pulverizes the material into fine particles. During the grinding process, a large volume of air is simultaneously drawn into the chamber. This airflow serves multiple functions: it helps to cool the machine and prevent overheating, assists in the grinding action by carrying fine particles, and conveys the finished powder to the collection system.

The design ensures efficient size reduction, consistent particle fineness, and continuous cooling, making the grinder/pulverizer suitable for pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, chemical, and food powder applications.
