LMSTS-500 Single-Lane Shaped Stickpack or Sachet Packaging Machines

The LMSTS-500 is a pneumatic drive based VFFS single-lane shaped sachet packing machine that forms, fills, and seals pouches and sachets in one automatic process. This machine creates attractive mold cut shape according to customer’s requirement that are not a simple square.

Three models of these machines are commonly used for liquids and pasty products but are also suitable for powders, grains or granular products.

The LMSTS-500 series has three models of machines. The G model is for grains, granular products, and free-flowing powder packing and comes with a Volumetric Cup Filler. The P model of this machine is for non-free-flowing powders and also can be customized for free-flowing micro-grains and free-flowing powders and comes with an Auger Filler. The L model, which is the most common for this model of this machine is for liquid or pasty product packing and comes with a Piston Pump Filler. Bag Types

LMSTS-450 Single-Lane Stickpack or Sachet Packaging (Pneumatic Drive) Machines

The LMSTS-450 is a small and economic pneumatic drive based VFFS single-lane stickpack or sachet packing machine that forms, fills, and seals pouches and sachets in one automatic process. It differs from our LMSTS-300 series as it is controlled by pneumatic actuators rather than motorized cam-drive used in LMSTS-300 series. The benefit of this machine over LMSTS-300 is it can also work in semi-automatic mode and can make one bag and wait indefinitely for an operator trigger to start packaging the next pack. Fully automatic continuous mode is the default mode. Some packaging application needs this type of semi-automatic packing.

Three models of these machines are suitable for powders, liquid, paste, grain, or granular products like tablets or capsules. The machine can be customized to make 4-side seal sachets, 3-side seal sachets, back-sealed stickpacks, and shaped bags to suit your individual needs. The stickpacks can be of zagged edges or plain cut or can have smart-looking shaped cut with a tear-notch. This machine can also make chained bags of a predefined number.
